Is there a minimum order quantity?+
For our in-stock SKUs there is no minimum — you can order any quantity and we ship the same week. For custom orders (private label, white label, custom formulation), MOQ is set per project depending on the customization scope.
How fast can you ship after I order?+
In-stock SKUs ship the same week. Custom production runs typically take 4–6 weeks from confirmed order to FOB Istanbul dispatch.
Can you customize labels, fragrance, and formulation?+
Yes. Private label clients customize labels and packaging. Custom formulation projects can change actives, texture, fragrance, color, and viscosity — within the regulatory framework of your target market.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We ship FOB Istanbul or Mersin via FCL (full container) or LCL (less-than-container) freight. We coordinate with your freight forwarder or recommend one we have worked with in your region.
Can I request a sample?+

What languages do you support?+
